The Chanman Roots Band is a nine piece reggae band based in the Teton counties of Wyoming and Idaho. We have been together for over 10 years. CRB plays originals, classic reggae covers from Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, and Toots and the Maytals as well as contemporary artists like SOJA and Damion Marley. We have 1 cd, “Chanman Roots Band – New Uprising”. This disc continues to receive airplay around the Rockies with songs like “Skis, Boots, Poles” and “Ski When it’s Time”. CRB will also be playing new favorites like “King Weep Said”, “AM PM”, and “Beautiful World”. This last year We’ve played the “No Woodstock Festival” (Tensleep), “The Antelope Butte Festival” (outside Sheridan), “Concert on the Commons” (Teton Village), and “The Sleeping Giant Mountain Snowball” (Cody). We also played Music Under the Tram/Coombs Classic Party in Teton Village.
