Sometimes it can be difficult to maintain a meditation practice on your own. Understanding this, Medicine Wheel Wellness will host an Open Meditation space as an opportunity to sit together as a group to continue your meditation practice. We hope that you’ll be able to come and spend the time in whatever meditation practice you are finding works best for you, whether it’s walking, sitting, mantra or breath-based, or just the practice of letting go of thoughts. We’ll plan on sitting for 30 minutes with a little time on both ends to greet, get settled, and be with one another.
