Functional fitness for the prenatal and postpartum mom. This class is directed by Dr. Abby Delgoffe, Chiropractor, and focuses on full body strengthening, increasing awareness, and repatterning in your changing body. This class mixes interval training, cardio, light weights, and pelvic floor/core rehab.
When to Start Class:
Prenatal- for the already active moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. Postnatal- 6 weeks after birth depending on your practitioner. Possibly 8 weeks after cesarean birth. Feel free to call with questions.
Babies: Babies are welcome to come until they are no longer able to sit in a carrier through class or start to crawl off the mat.
New Mamas to the Class: Be sure to show up 15 minutes ahead of time or get in contact with Abby beforehand to chat about your birth so we know where to move from as everyone’s birth experience will be different.
