In this Intro to AcroYoga class, we will step back into our childhood, connect with others, and leave with a smile on our faces! AcroYoga is a partner based practice that combines acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts. It’s a fun way to exercise, communicate, and create art at the same time. Come learn from the ground up. No experience is needed. Come by yourself or with a friend.
