Who needs the big city when you have so many fun-filled, exciting things to do right here in world-renowned Jackson Hole? We make those places green with envy during this white Christmas…as it should be. This festive weekend is jam-packed with events aplenty to enjoy!
We’re obviously known for our country ways, but we’re welcoming folks and are glad to get some New Orleans jazz and acoustic rock to warm up the blood, courtesy of the Mangy Moose and its world famous après ski. Thanks, fellas.
The Moose isn’t the only show in town. The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is hosting the Sage Junction Band. The Jackson Hole Playhouse has its “Snowed Inn for Christmas” dinner & holiday comedy performance, kids are welcome. And our Skating Club will be having a swingin’ spectacular, hosted by champion ice skater Ross Miner!
You can head on over to the Teton County Fairgrounds Building for the second annual Winter People’s Market where you’ll find plenty of the region’s seasonal produce from a variety of great vendors to fill your kitchen to the brim. A hearty shout-out to Slow Foods in the Tetons for this very popular event.
Our library has a “DIY Democracy: Your Voice Matters” Gallery Installation going on—you’ve got a voice, might as well use it.
You can enjoy a sleigh ride at the National Elk Refuge, partake of the Wort Hotel’s ongoing Twelve Days of Christmas program, and see the man himself, good ol’ Saint Nick, at our Town Square. Make sure you kids bring your list with you!
And don’t forget about our scenic views straight up.
Got all that? Good. We told you there’s plenty to do.
